Our client company is seeking a VP level engineer to be responsible for planning, directing, executing, evaluating and overseeing the all aspects of their refinery's engineering and technology processes.

 

You must be willing to:

·        Be responsible for managing/overseeing engineering/technical support employees

·        Evaluate/develop/implements a technology vision for the company

·        Manage weekly/monthly/ 90-day refinery run plans

·        Be responsible for Oversight of compliance with HSE standards

·        Control budget expenditures to ensure that spending remains within budget

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        BS Chemical Engineering (MS preferred)

·        Minimum 15 - 20 years’ progressively responsible experience in refinery process engineering

·        Demonstrated experience with Strategic Planning/Effective Leadership/International Business                                Focus/Management Strategies/High Performance/Decision Making Teams

·        Strong budgeting/forecasting/economic evaluation/statistical analysis skills

·        Proficient in MS office programs/SAP

·        TWIC/Valid driver's license required
