Our client is seeking an experienced engineer to be accountable for the performance of mechanical & structural equipment and rotating & fixed equipment in their plants.

 

You must be willing to:

·        Establish/improve site-wide Mechanical Integrity initiatives/define MI responsibilities for maintenance               personnel

·        Coordinate site-wide PM program (vibration monitoring/oil analysis)

·        Provide maintenance/reliability engineering support for multiple plant operations

·        Identify/manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect operations

·        Participate/conduct internal PSM Audits to verify processes

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        BSME

·        5+ years’ maintenance/reliability engineering experience in PSM compliant plants (chemical/pulp &                        paper/refinery/etc)

·        Experience with reliability improvement processes (planning/scheduling/root cause failure analysis/PM             Improvement/key performance indicators/reliability engineering)

·        Knowledge/technical expertise in the Mechanical Integrity portion of Process Safety Management

·        Familiar with OSHA/MSHA/RCA/ASME/CMMS/RCM
