Our client company is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to promote safety and support day to day operations in the production environment. FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS REQUIRED.

 

You must be willing to:

·        Identify/select/prioritize/execute process improvement projects

·        Provide general troubleshooting/engineering/maintenance/equipment/daily process assistance to the                  manufacturing line

·        Continually improve/optimize current products through variation reduction

·        Investigate manufacturing problems/recommend corrective actions

·        Eliminate waste/improve material flow/streamline processes

·        Support capital projects/new product development

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        At Least 6+ years process expertise in a manufacturing environment experience

·        Statistical analysis/statistical process controls (SPC) experience

·        Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE)/Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA)/Mean Squared

          Error (MSE)

·        Web handling/casting or coating experience preferred

·        ISO 9001-2000 and Six Sigma exposure/experience

·        Strong project management/verbal/written communication skills
