Our client company is seeking an experienced senior engineer with manage potential to work closely with the operation’s group to identify, reduce usage and energy consumption, improve yields, and minimize waste.

 

You must be willing to:

·        Provide process engineering support to plant operations

·        Sign off on engineering work of the process technology group/support future projects

·        Maintain/improve safety/environmental compliance

·        Provide leadership for (participate with) a process development/engineering team

·        Devise/promote/develop/implement process improvements

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        BS Chemical Engineering (PE license preferred)

·        Strong chemical process engineering foundation

·        Track record of achievement (P&Ids/PFDs/mass balance calculations/design experience)

·        10+ years’ experience in chemical/petrochemical or petroleum production/refining facilities

·        5+ years of Process design experience in chemical catalysis/distillation environment

·        Successful implementation of process improvement projects/ideas

·        Critical thinker/problem solver/make timely decisions
