Our client company is seeking an experienced engineer to be involved in identification, evaluation and execution of process control systems for chemical manufacturing process improvements.

 

You must be willing to:

·        Provide identification/evaluation/execution of manufacturing process control improvements

·        Focus on improved process controls/advanced process controls strategies

·        Deploy/optimize new on-line analyzer installations

·        Provide control strategy development for new installations

·        Build knowledge/skills in other team members across the GBU

·        Organize/lead program teams

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        BSCE/BSEE or related

·        8+ years chemical industry manufacturing process optimization experience

·        Proven track record using advanced process controls/multivariate analytics in process optimization

·        Experience in statistical process controls & Design of Experiments

·        Good understanding of material & energy balances/chemical process dynamics
