Our client company is seeking an experienced engineer to be the Lead Reliability Engineer at this large chemical manufacturing plant to develop strategy and protocols for their reliability program.

 

You must be willing to:

·        Execute work in compliance with their ZERO EHS Impact Philosophy

·        Develop the reliability strategy/program to improve availability/uptime/overall equipment effectiveness

·        Ensure EHS compliance/continuous improvement in EHS performance

·        Drive root cause analysis/correction to eliminate equipment reliability problems

·        Lead significant equipment repair initiatives/support Capital projects/assigned process improvements

·        Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices

·        Vigorously track sand report monthly metrics (KPI’s)

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        BS ME or Chemical Engineer

·        Minimum 7-10 years’ experience from a chemical process where unit operations are applied

·        Reliability experience of their process equipment with a strong safety track record in Process Safety                      Management (PSM)

·        Strong CMMS experience highly desired
