Our client company is seeking an experienced engineer to be responsible for ensuring targeted engineering deliverables are met for multiple Automotive Customers.  

 

You must be willing to:

·        Set all engineering project targets

·        Lead all system/sub-system/component development activities

·        Ensure generation of development specifications

·        Lead engineering program reviews

·        Monitor engineering program risk

·        Serve as the technical lead on Know How Transfer (KHT)

·        Adhere to Excellence System Processes

·        Track spending of the program and project team to support budget management

·        Ensure proper engineering documentation

·        Serve as technical interface to the customer

·        Define/manage goals/continuous improvement action items that facilitate meeting local/global KPIs

·        Help maintain operational excellence in terms of local site NRFT targets

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        BS Engineering

·        3+ years’ experience in customer account teams

·        Product/manufacturing process experience for Tier 1, Tier 2 Automotive Suppliers

·        Knowledge/experience within CAE, testing and DVP
