Our client company is seeking an experience engineer to serve as Engineering support for E&I Maintenance Department in performing preventive maintenance (PM) and repair activities for critical chemical plant equipment.

 

You must be willing to:

·        Evaluate electrical systems/products/components/applications

·        Provide technical support/troubleshooting for plant instrument/electrical equipment

·        Provide solutions to recurring maintenance problems

·        Design testing methods/properties

·        Assist in planning/implementation of turnarounds/projects

·        Lead the implementation of technical improvements

·        Develop/maintain job plans for specific repair activities

·        Assist in the preparation of maintenance/capital budgets

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        BSEE

·        5+ years’ experience power distribution/control/instrumentation for heavy                                                                           industrial/chemical/refinery/pulp & paper/mining plant operations

·        Troubleshooting experience of medium/high voltage power distribution/large rotating equipment/motor             controls/programmable logic controllers

·        Familiar with MSHA/OSHA regulations/NEC/ISA Standards/International Codes
