Our client company is seeking a director level engineer to be responsible for process, project and utilities engineering and construction and to develop proper procedures for the collection of data for all engineering budgets of capital projects, utilities, and management of outside contracting agencies.

 

You must be willing to:

·        Oversee development of capital project budgets/schedules

·        Direct all capital projects, design/budget/development/execution/delivery

·        Supervise/lead engineers/scientists/technicians

·        Hire/train/mentor engineers/support staff

·        Ensure current/accurate costing by partnering closely with finance/accounting

·        Ensure Company adheres to the appropriate rules/regulations

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        BS Chemical Engineering

·        Minimum 12 years successful/progressive process/project engineering experience in the chemical                          manufacturing industry

·        Minimum of 7 years engineering supervisory experience

·        Project leadership experience in green field manufacturing plant start-ups

·        ERP experience (SAP experience preferred)

·        Excellent written/verbal/presentation skills
