Our client company is seeking experienced engineer to provide support of both Foxboro and Honeywell distributed Control Systems (day to day troubleshooting, and upgrades of DCS systems).

 

You must be willing to:

·        Support to operations/projects/third party vendor contractors/end users

·        Maintain an understanding of the security/controls documents and the relationship to the Process                          Control Systems

·        Ensure monthly/quarterly reports are recorded/documented

·        Respond to system outages in a timely manner

·        Execute ongoing systems checks/maintenance activities/data backups

·        Assist System engineers with upgrades/enhancements

·        Maintain cabinet drawings/reference documentation for all DCS systems

 

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)

·        EE or Computer Science (IT) Degree desired

·        Relevant work experience in a manufacturing/operating plant environment considered

·        Ability to troubleshoot Honeywell TDC 2000/3000/Experion/Foxboro IA series 200                                                      Hardware/Software

·        Process control knowledge/experience (I/O instrumentation/batch process/control system-DCS)

·        High Degree of computer/networking skills
